Location

The meeting will take place at the Granlibakken conference center. This is a beautiful place close to Squaw Valley, the site of the 1960 Winter Olympic Games. The center offers three all inclusive 5 days packages to choose from.

Getting there

The Granlibakken center offers shuttle service from and to Reno-Tahoe international airport. The price is $35 per person if there are at least two people taking the van, or $70 if someone travels alone. Please check Granlibakken home page for further instructions.

Booking your accommodation

A block of rooms is reserved for FEMTEC 2009 until December 5, 2008. To make your reservation and payment, go to Granlibakken home page, click on Reservations, and check the box Conference Participant. You will be asked to enter a username and password - both of them are FEMTEC. Then fill the on-line registration form. Please let us know any problems you encounter during the registration process.
