Building and Using Hermes on Windows

Prebuilt dependencies are available from the Prerequisities repository
These dependencies have to be saved into a directory as described in the repository README and here.
The dependencies are for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows Xp, Windows 7 and Windows 8
The dependencies are to be used when building Hermes with Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 and later
